The abrasion and impact resistance, together with the low-temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to concrete and steel make CPR 823 – Flexible Epoxy Deck Coating an ideal material for uses as a membrane subjected to vehicular traffic. By broadcasting a layer of suitable aggregate, a slip-resistant surface profile may readily be achieved.
- CPR 820 – Concrete Deck Coatis a two-pack solvent-free resin coating modified to impart toughness, resilience and waterproofing properties to the cured film. The abrasion and impact resistance, together with the low-temperature flexibility and excellent adhesion to concrete, make CPR 820 an ideal material for use as a membrane subjected to vehicular traffic. By broadcasting a layer of Quartz or Aluminium Oxide between coats a slip or skid-resistant surface profile can be achieved.
- CPR 808 – Self Levelling Flexible Deck Coating is a three-pack slurry, consisting of equal volumes of Epoxy Resin BASE and Flexibilised Amine CURING AGENT components, together with graded FILLER. The mixed material provides a waterproof, flexible, abrasion-resistant, and seamless wearing surface, to which slip-resistant or skid-resistant characteristics can be conferred by the broadcasting of an appropriate aggregate. CPR 808 – Self Levelling Flexible Deck Coating may be applied to concrete or steel surfaces.
- CPR 822 – MMA Flexible Deck Coating is a three-pack Methacrylate resin system, modified to impart toughness, resilience and waterproofing properties to the cured membrane.
