CPR 711 – MMA Concrete Patch Repair Mortar is a fast curing, high strength, trowel-applied, three-component Methacrylate Resin mortar. The material is designed for rapid and permanent repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces. CPR 711is typically used for repairs to spalled or damaged concrete; bedding pre-cast concrete beams; chemical bunds; floor repairs.
CPR 716 – Epoxy Concrete Patch Repair Mortar- Rapid Cure is a high strength, trowel-applied, three-component Epoxy resin-based mortar designed for rapid and permanent repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces. CPR 716 is a blend of epoxy resin, polyamine curing agent, graded siliceous aggregates and colour pigments. The mixed material is applied to a suitably prepared and primed surface and quickly cures to form a durable, abrasion and chemical resistant repair.
CPR 720 – Self Priming Concrete Patch Repair Mortar is a high strength, trowel-applied, two-component Epoxy resin mortar, designed for rapid and permanent repairs to concrete and masonry surfaces. Similar to CPR 716 but with the added advantage of having self-priming properties.
CPR 722 – Polyester Concrete Repair Mortar is a versatile, rapid curing, high strength, two-pack mortar suitable for many applications in building and civil engineering. The product consists of a low viscosity unsaturated polyester resin BASE component, and a FILLER component consisting of graded minerals and catalyst. CPR 722 has a non-critical mix ratio, which allows the consistency to be varied from pourable to trowellable without adversely affecting curing times or strength. Use CPR 722 for rapid repairs, bedding, jointing and profiling of concrete, masonry and brickwork.
