Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer

CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer is an aqueous polymer, which impregnates porous surfaces and imparts a transparent barrier against oil and water, thereby providing stain
resistance and release characteristics. It does not alter the appearance of the substrate or its vapour permeability.

It also functions as a water, oil and stain repellent on nonporous surfaces.

Directions for Use

Surface Preparation

• Wash the surface to remove contaminants and allow to dry.

Application

• Apply CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer  by brush, roller or low pressure spray at a nominal rate of 5m²/litre and allow to dry.
• A second coat may be necessary for particularly absorbent surfaces. This may be applied after the first coat has dried for a minimum of 2 hours.
• Allow to dry for 24 hours before service.
• Note: for larger areas it is recommended that a small trial area is carried out to establish the coverage rate for the substrate in question.

Equipment Cleaning

• Clean equipment with clean water or a mixture of water and CPR 200 Tool Clean Solvent immediately after use.

Curing

• Apply CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer will be touch dry in 1-2 hours at 20°C.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in dry conditions, out of direct sunlight, at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C.
• Apply CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer  has a minimum shelf life of 2 years when stored in original, unopened containers in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Packaging

• Apply CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer is supplied in 1ltr, 5ltr 25ltr packs.

• Coverage: 2 – 6m²/Ltr

• Resistant to staining by cola, coffee, motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, etc.

Limitations

• Do not apply externally if rain is anticipated during drying time.

Health and Safety

• Avoid contact of the material with skin and eyes.
• Wear gloves and goggles.
• Wash off splashes immediately with soap and water.
• Any eye contamination must be rapidly irrigated with copious amounts of clean water, and immediate medical attention sought.

• Apply CPR 903 – Stain Resistant Stone & Concrete Sealer shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
